Estimate size gain
How Much Filler To Take
Girth gain depends on both your length and the amount of filler — the same volume thickens a shorter penis more. Use the estimator below for an approximate projected girth.
The Androfill estimator
Estimate your projected girth.
Adjust your current erect length and girth, then choose a filler volume. This uses the same geometric model Dr Anderson uses in clinic.
Most patients have 10–20 ml. We build girth up in stages — start with a comfortable amount, see how it settles, then top up if you'd like more. A longer penis needs more filler to achieve the same proportional gain.

The data behind this
Where the average comes from.
The starting girth and “top %” use the most authoritative dataset available — a systematic review of up to 15,521 men, each measured by a health professional using a standard procedure. Average erect girth is 11.66 cm (4.59″). Around 89% of men measure below 13 cm (5.1″), and around 98% below 14 cm (5.5″). The percentile shown is your projected girth's position on this distribution (mean 11.66 cm, SD 1.10 cm).

Caveat: the review is strongest for flaccid girth (n = 9,407); the erect-girth figure is from a smaller subset (n = 381), so erect-girth percentiles are a useful guide rather than exact.
The circles are drawn at life size — each circle's circumference equals the girth shown (diameter = girth ÷ π). Exact on-screen size depends on your display's scale.
