Honest, erect-state photos.

In penile enlargement by injection, the penis is thicker in both the flaccid and erect states after one treatment. The patient determines the amount of girth to add, in consultation with the doctor. Results are achieved using both needle and micro-cannula, with the patient injected in the flaccid state.

High-resolution before-and-after photos should always be shown in the erect state, which reveals any imperfection in the final result. Some swelling and bruising is normal in the first weeks; the reduction of swelling in the first month lessens the initial result somewhat. Individual results may vary from person to person.

Androfill patients have superior functional and aesthetic outcomes in both flaccid and erect states.

The results shown below are unlikely to be achieved elsewhere.

Patient A41 ml · 3 visits · +28% girth

The patient had 41 ml of penis filler injected over 3 visits to the Androfill Clinic, and has done an excellent job moulding this amount of filler for a smooth, natural result.

  • Erect circumference increased from 5.5 in to 7.0 in at the base / 6.75 in mid-shaft
  • An increase of 1.25–1.5 in in circumference (28%) on an already above-average length penis
  • Some swelling may still be apparent in the first month

Patient B10 ml · +0.5 in erect girth

A 10 ml procedure producing a 0.5-inch increase in erect girth. Before girth injections: 4.5 in — after girth injections: 5.0 in+. Patient photos as posted on the Phalloboards forum.

For a smooth, even result the Androfill deep cannula injection technique is used — filler injected too close to the surface will result in lumpy, sub-optimal results.

Patient C8 ml · 27G needle · +1 cm entire length

A long patient (7 in erect length), injected flaccid with a 27G needle. 8 ml of penis filler produced a 1 cm / 8% increase in thickness along the entire length of the shaft — a smooth, uniform result after 5 days.

  • Before: 12 cm (4.7 in) girth · 7 in erect length · 4.5 in flaccid
  • After: 13 cm (5.1 in) girth (+1 cm entire length)
  • No change in erect length · 5.0 in flaccid (+0.5 in)
  • Minimal residual bruising — result shown after 5 days

A very long penis requires more filler to achieve the same increase in thickness as a shorter penis. Note the blood vessels above the tape measure, and compare to below with filler.

Patient DMicro-cannula · 6 ml shaft + 2 ml head · Clone-A-Willy moulds

Injected flaccid with a micro-cannula. The patient customised the final shape of his penis by pressing the filler into place as he preferred — more filler at the base and end to accentuate the natural upward curve. Patients can customise their result like this, to some degree, in the first few days before the filler sets in place.

A before-and-after copy of his Clone-A-Willy penis-moulding kit was sent to the clinic, providing an exact mould of his penis before 6 ml of shaft filler + 2 ml to the head, and 2 months after.

Patient FStaged treatment · up to 30 ml · +40% flaccid girth

December 2015. Micro-cannula, injected flaccid. Only the lower 2/3 of the shaft was treated at the patient's request; the upper portion was left untreated. 8 syringes (8 ml) added 1.0 in of circumference to the treated section (+20% girth).

Repeat treatment, March 2016. The patient returned for an additional 18 ml. The entire length is now filled and his flaccid girth increased from 5.1 in to over 7.0 in (+40%). Photos taken 2 days after show more bruising than typical; swelling may take up to a month to subside.

Update, July 2016 — 9 months on. Final result after 30 ml of Androfill in total. Given the thickness attained, the patient requested a slightly tapered result from base to glans. Starting girth 5.1 in → after 6.6–6.7 in.

Patient H8 ml · 27G needle · directly before & after

Directly before, and one minute after, the Androfill penile injection procedure. Injected flaccid with a 27G needle, 8 ml of filler. A number of tiny incisions heal within minutes of the procedure — the injection points will have healed over before the patient leaves the clinic. No stitches are required.

Patient I16 ml to the base · 27G needle · repeat patient

Injected flaccid with a 27G needle. A repeat patient requesting additional filler at the base of the penis to match the increased size achieved elsewhere on the shaft. In the before photo an indent is visible where the base was under-filled; in the after photo more filler has been added so the base is slightly wider than the rest of the shaft. The patient moulds the filler to smooth out any irregularities during the following week.

Small red marks from the injection remain immediately after; within 1–2 minutes the incision points begin to heal and bleeding stops well before the patient leaves the clinic.
