Our process

The Androfill Method

A defined, doctor-led process — not just filler in a syringe.

Androfill has refined a single, repeatable method for non-surgical penile girth enhancement since 2012. Every New Zealand treatment follows the same staged, medically-assessed steps — so the result is even, controlled and, because it uses hyaluronic acid, reversible.

Step by step

The seven stages.

  1. Before the day

    Private consultation

A confidential discussion of your goals, medical history and expectations. This can begin by phone, then in person. There is no pressure and no obligation — many men simply want an honest opinion first.

  2. On the day

    Assessment & measurement

Dr Anderson assesses your anatomy and records your baseline measurements, so any recommendation is grounded in your real starting point rather than a generic promise. This is also where suitability is confirmed.

  3. Planning

    Staged treatment plan

Together you agree a filler volume and a staged approach. Most men start with 10–15 ml and build girth up over more than one visit — girth is cumulative, so there is no need to commit to a large volume up front.

  4. Comfort

    Local anaesthetic

The area is numbed with local anaesthetic before any filler is placed, keeping the procedure comfortable. It is an office-based treatment — no general anaesthetic, no hospital stay.

  5. Treatment

    Filler placement & shaping

Hyaluronic-acid filler is placed evenly around the shaft using the Androfill® deep cannula technique, then shaped by hand. Placing filler too superficially causes lumps — depth and shaping are what make the result smooth and natural.

  6. After

    Aftercare

You leave with clear aftercare guidance to protect the result while swelling settles over the following weeks. The final result becomes visible once any initial swelling resolves.

  7. Follow-up

    Review & optional top-up

A follow-up review checks how the result has settled. If you'd like more girth, a further staged session can be planned — or, because the filler is HA, the result can be dissolved if it isn't right for you.

Why the method matters

Three principles behind it.

Doctor-led

Every stage is assessed and performed by a New Zealand-registered doctor — not delegated. Suitability and safety come before any treatment.

Staged & reversible

Girth is built up gradually across visits, and because it is hyaluronic acid, the result can usually be dissolved if needed. You stay in control.

Honest expectations

Filler adds girth, not reliable erect length. We measure, set realistic expectations, and tell you if a procedure is unlikely to help.

What to expect

Realistic, balanced results.

The Androfill Method reliably increases girth and can improve flaccid appearance. It does not reliably increase erect length. The amount of visible change depends on your starting size, anatomy, the volume of filler and your aftercare — which is exactly why the method begins with measurement and an honest assessment rather than a fixed promise.

Like any medical procedure, penile filler carries risks — including bruising, swelling, tenderness, temporary lumps or asymmetry, and, uncommonly, infection or the need for correction or dissolving. Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person. See our FAQ, how much filler estimator and medical studies for more.
