Comparison
Fat Transfer vs Penis Filler
Both add girth to the penis — but they differ sharply on safety, texture, reversibility and how long the result lasts. Here is an honest side-by-side.

The detail
Why the differences matter.
As with fat transfer, filler can increase the girth of the penis by up to around 2 inches — though this requires a larger number of injections; more filler means more girth. The filler procedure typically takes 30 minutes on a walk-in, walk-out basis, and an added benefit is a small increase in flaccid length from the weight of the filler.
With filler, complications are uncommon: migration is rare after the first week when the Androfill technique is used; uneven distribution can be shaped and moulded during the first week before the filler sets, or dissolved with hyaluronidase; and infection is rare (patients take a short course of antibiotics and abstain from sex for about a week). Crucially, if you are ever unhappy with the result, HA filler can be dissolved away.
Fat transfer is higher risk because it requires a general anaesthetic and carries the added risks of surgery. Fat is living tissue that must establish a new blood supply after being moved from the donor site; because there is no fat in penile tissue naturally, the survival rate is lower and the result is not permanent — top-ups are usually required. Individual results will vary from person to person.
