Filming the Procedure
The Androfill technique is straightforward and non-surgical. We film procedures — with patient consent — for teaching and transparency, including presentations at international aesthetic congresses.
Filmed with informed patient consent. Clinical footage is used for education and transparency.

What the footage shows.
Using a micro-cannula, the filler can be placed through as little as a single entry point, covering the whole treatment area with minimal trauma. Injecting too close to the surface causes lumpy, sub-optimal results — which is why Androfill uses a deep cannula technique for a smooth, even result. The injection points are tiny and heal over within a few minutes, before the patient leaves the clinic.
- Prepare — numbing cream is applied and left to take effect; local anaesthetic minimises discomfort.
- Inject — filler is placed into a layer within the shaft using needle and/or micro-cannula, in the flaccid state, instantly adding girth.
- Shape — the result can be gently moulded over the first few days before the filler sets.
Individual results will vary from person to person. High-resolution before-and-after photography is shown in the erect state, which reveals any imperfection in the final result.
