Androfill New Zealand is based in New Plymouth, New Zealand ("we", "us", "our"). We are the agency responsible for personal and health information collected through this website and in the course of providing care.

The law we follow

We handle your information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020. Health information is treated with the additional care those rules require.

• Health information relevant to your care, gathered during consultation and treatment.
• Booking information processed through our third-party scheduling provider.
• Website usage data such as pages visited and device/browser information, collected via cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations and treatment.
• To provide safe, appropriate clinical care and keep accurate medical records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish patient photographs without explicit, separate written consent.

We share information only where necessary — for example with the treating doctor, or with service providers (such as our booking platform) who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Some providers may store data outside New Zealand; where they do, we take steps to ensure comparable protection.
