The cost depends on the amount of filler — the more injected, the larger the result. Most patients have 10–20 ml — use the calculator to estimate your own volume. A longer penis generally needs more filler.

The Androfill® Technique
Why our results can't be matched.
We use a 21g blunt-tipped micro-cannula to place filler deep to the Dartos fascia — a deeper plane than most clinics reach. This is what gives a smooth, firm, even result. Filler injected too shallow (just under the loose skin) can be felt from the surface and is more likely to move or form lumps.
We also use two entry points either side of the midline rather than a single mid-line entry, avoiding the vital structures that run along the midline. It's a small detail that matters for safety — and one reason Androfill results genuinely cannot be reproduced elsewhere.
Are penis fillers safe?
Yes — when a reversible filler is used.
Dermal fillers are the most common cosmetic procedure performed in New Zealand and have an excellent safety record — over 25 years in facial aesthetics and more than a decade in penis enlargement. With a reversible hyaluronic-acid filler, Androfill is the safest medical way to thicken the penis and considerably safer than surgery.
Complications are rare and usually minor — temporary swelling and mild bruising. Infection is uncommon and further reduced with antibiotics. And because the filler is reversible, it can be dissolved with an enzyme at any time if you ever wish to undo the result.
